Welcome to Lettomanoppello!

After several years of traveling throughout Europe, we realized that owning a home there was much more feasible than we had originally thought. So, we set off on our journey of researching locations that we thought we would enjoy and quickly agreed that Italy was the right country for us. After a great deal of research, we determined that the Abruzzo region was perfect. Its proximity to Rome (only a 2.5 hour drive out of the capital) made it easy to travel to but far enough away to experience a more authentic side of Italy.

Our home in Lettomanoppello sits in the towns historic district and has sweeping views of the Majella mountains and the Adriatic Sea. It is a typical townhouse style home, built in the early 1700's and was recently renovated in 2018. Upon seeing the property, we instantly fell in love and made an immediate purchase offer, and subsequently moved into our new home in September of 2024.
